    -85% of Whey Isolate (WPI 95%), a clean type of protein that undergoes multiple filtration levels to remove non-protein components such as fat, cholesterol and lactose, resulting in a 95% of real protein component.

    – 10% whey hydrolyzed (WPH 86), a pre-digested type of whey protein, which means that it releases amino acids at a faster rate. Hydro has enhanced bio-availability. That is why it is considered as an upscale version of Isolate

    To take it

    We recommend that you should drink 1 serving of ISO TOUCH in the morning and 1 serving , first thing after training to get the most out of it. Depending on your weight, physical activity, eating habits and fitness goals you can consume additional servings between meals.

    1. TO DRINK: Add 30-50 gram to your shaker cup and then pour 250-300 ml of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Cover and shake for 60 seconds.
    2. TO SPOON: Add 30-50 gram to a blender filled with 250-300 ml of cold water, milk, or your favoritebeverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Then add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
    3. AS A DELICIOUS SNACK: try adding fresh or frozen fruits, Greek yogurt, oats, coconut milk or low glycemic high-energy ingredients to your shake and enjoy a healthylicious snack.
    4. TO LICK: Add 30-50 gram to a blender filled with 250-300 ml whipped cream and one egg (total or only the white). Blend for 60 seconds. Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
